Our team will visit your home and complete a quick in-person walk through.

Step 2

We will present you with a list of recommended repairs, updates and/or projects to complete, with the goal of MAXIMIZING PROFIT in mind for every recommendation.

Step 3

You decide which projects you would like to complete. We will share pricing from Gold Spruce, outside vendors, or you may choose to complete the projects yourself.

Step 4

Our team gets to work on your home in preparation for going active.

Step 5

If you use delayed billing from Gold Spruce, you do not need to pay for repairs until closing day!
